Innovation research on business models of the whole tourism industry chain in Hebei province

河北省旅游业近年取得了长足发展,正处于深入开发和进一步升级的新阶段,然而其现有的资源禀赋型商业模式已不能适应其进一步发展的需要,培育全价值链的旅游商业模式是河北省旅游业的必然选择,而培育全价值链商业模式,一要驱动政府和市场双轮构建"良性互动、不断增值"的全产业链商业模式;二是要打造旅游业战略联盟经营模式,使旅游产业从线性向网状发展;三要开发和打造多元化品牌化旅游产品,满足不同旅游需要。

Tourism industry has made considerable progress in Hebei province since recent years, which stays in the new stage of further development and escalation, but the existing resource-oriented business model cannot adapt to the further development demand, therefore, in Hebei Province it is the inevitable choice for tourism industry to cultivate the entire value chain business model. The cultivation of the whole value chain business model needs a series of measures： firstly, it is urgently for government and market to establish the whole industrial chain business model of ＂virtuous Interaction＂ and ＂constant Value Increment＂; What＇s more, build a strategic alliance tourism business model, promote the development of the tourism industry from linear to network; additionally, develop and build a diversified brand of tourism products, so as to meet the different demands of tourism.
