摘要
本文采用实证的方法研究文化差异与中国企业跨国并购绩效的影响,并考察了并购经验和并购双方行业相关性对文化差异与并购绩效之间的调节作用。
With empirical method, this cross - border performance, investiages the paper studies the effect of cuhural differences and Chinese enterprises regulation effect between cultural differences and M&A performance by acquisitions experience and acquisitions industry correlation.
