移动网络自组织的制度伦理分析

Institutional Ethics Analysis of Mobile Ad hoc Network

移动网络技术的高速发展促进了移动网络自组织的产生,如QQ群、微博、微信等等。由于移动网络自组织具有自主性和自发性,往往因为临时事件或者热点事件的随机聚集产生,自组织内部个体间的背景、文化差异也很大,所以对于一些热点事件产生的反馈作用往往会产生超出预期目的的结果。本文主要分析了移动自组织产生的原因及特点,从制度伦理的角度提出加强对自组织管理的几点建议,以科学应对自组织产生的危机。

The rapid development of mobile network technology accelerates the development of mobile ad hoc network, such as QQ, Microblog, WeChat, etc. Mobile Ad hoe network has the property of autonomy and spontaneity. It appears due to random aggregation of a temporary events or hot issues. Since there exist some background and cultural differences between individuals, the effects of the feedback on some hot issues tend to produce results beyond and out of the intended purpose. This paper mainly analyzes the cause of mobile ad hoc network and its characteris- tics, puts forward several proposals from the angle of institution ethics to strengthen the organizational management so as to deal with the selforganization in the crisis scientifically.
