提高高校基层党组织建设科学化水平的实践与思考

The Practice and Thoughts on Improving the Scientific Standard of Basic Party Unit Construction in Universities

本文结合内蒙古工业大学工作实践,聚焦提高高校基层党组织建设科学化水平,从认识新情况新问题、明确目标任务、突出工作重点、强化服务功能、发挥主体作用、加强工作领导、加强理论研究等七个方面,分析了新时期提高高校基层党组织建设科学化水平面临的形势,阐述了加强高校基层党组织建设必须要抓好的几个关键点,交流了行之有效的经验做法,提出了提高高校基层党组织建设科学化水平的想法建议。

Based on the working practice of IMUT, aiming at improving the scientific standard of basic Party unit construction, this paper analyzes the situation of improving the scientific standard of basic Party unit construction at new era from seven aspects including awareness of new situation and new problems, making clear target and task, highlighting the focus, strengthening service function, playing the role of main body, strengthening the leading function and theoretical study, elaborates the key points in strengthening basic Party Unit construction in university, exchanges some useful experiences and puts forward suggestions on improving the scientific standard of Basic Party Unit construction in university.
