On the Copyright Prectection of Academic Journal Digitalization and Its Operation Pattern

现代社会就是一个数字化的时代,学术期刊数字化的趋势不断的推进,大多数的学术期刊都有自己的网站,能够在网上浏览期刊,这给人们带来了巨大便捷的同时,也会产生版权问题,这就需要我们整合各方的因素,进行相应的调整和规范,文章首先从数字化的概念引出学术期刊数字化的含义,从而引申出学术期刊的运营模式和保护版权的主要方式,进一步提出学术期刊数字化版权保护方面存在的问题,依据这些问题给予了一些建议和对策。

The modern society is an era of digitalization. The trend of academic journal digitalization is develo- ping rapidly and most of academic journals have had their own website to help readers browse journals online. While bringing huge convince to readers, the issue of copyright also arises, which requires an integration of various factors. We need corresponding adjustment and regulations. This paper introduces the definition of academic journal digitalization from the definition of digitalization, the operation pattern and copyright protection of academic journal, puts forward the problems existed in academic journal digitalization protection and provides some suggestions and countermeasures to those problems.
