The Humanistic Environment Construction of University Library under “the Human-orientaed” Concept

本文首先就人文环境的涵义进行了解析,提出了目前高校图书馆人文环境的不足之处。指出高校图书馆在人文环境的建设上应重点采用合理改进馆舍内布局,创新管理制度;建设人性化阅读环境,强化馆内外文化氛围;建设富有生机的馆员团队,提供富有亲和力的服务等方法,创建具有一流人文环境的高校图书馆。

This paper discusses the meaning of humanistic environment and puts forward the deficiencies in current university library humanistic environment. In order to create a first - class humanistic environment of university library, this paper points out three standpoints. The first standpoint is that university library in the construction of humanistic environment should focus on the reasonable improvement within the library layout and innovation management system ;The second part＇s standpoint is erecting the harmonious reading environment and strengthening the library cultural atmosphere;The third standpoint is the construction of librarian team with rich vitality and providing rich affinity service method, etc.
