摘要
从地方债自发自还模式的优越性入手,结合试点工作期间的实际情况,分析该模式的特色,以及继续推行这一债券形式可能遇到的问题,针对这些问题提出了多条完善发行制度采取的对策。
Starting with the superiority of independent local government debt issuance,the characteristics and possible problems in continuing carrying out this pattern are analyzed based on actual situation of the pilot test.Coping strategies of these problems are proposed in order to improve this issuance system.
