摘要
运用人力资本理论,研究了转型高校人才培养模式存在的问题及解决办法。认为转型高校要严于内部管理,教学模式要具有互动性,以适应社会需求。
The problems in the talent training modes and solutions of transformational universities are studied by using human capitol theory.It considers that,transformational universities should strict internal management,and the teaching mode should be interactive to adapt to social needs.
