摘要
地方高校在数据库系统教学中往往采用了和研究型大学类似的课程设置,但人才培养效果并不理想。根据多方调研分析,归纳地方高校在数据库系统人才培养中存在的问题,寻找导致问题出现的原因,提出以实践应用能力培养为主的教学改革思路,探究理论教学和实践教学的改革实施方法,以期形成具有明显技术特色的地方高校数据库人才培养方案。
Most local universities and colleges have similar curriculum in the teaching of the database system and research-oriented comprehensive universities,but as which the effect is not ideal.According to research analysis,this paper sums up problems of the existence of the local colleges and universities in cultivating database talents,finds the cause leading to problems,puts forward the ability-oriented teaching reform scheme,explores the reform implementation method of theory teaching and practice teaching,so as to form local colleges and universities database talent training scheme which has obvious technical characteristic.
