摘要
人际型心理资本是在中国重视人际关系文化情景下个体所拥有的积极心理能力,其对个体的职业倦怠、心理健康、学习能力均有显著的预测作用。本研究调查和分析了1028名大学生人际型心理资本现状,并探析了相关的提升策略。
Type of interpersonal psychological capital in China attaches great importance to the human relations culture scenario that individuals have positive psychological ability,the individual＇s job burnout,mental health,learning ability have a significant role.The investigation and analysis of this study selected 1028 college students interpersonal psychological capital status quo,and discusses the related countermeasures of improving the type of interpersonal psychological capital of university students.
