地方本科院校学院制改革的若干问题研究

Several Problems on the Reform of Provincial Universities' College System

学院制是世界高等教育的共同遗产,也是当代大学组织的核心建制。我国高等教育经过跨越式发展,在规模和结构等方面都发生了深刻的变化,一大批地方本科院校迅速发展壮大。在高等教育结构调整和内涵式发展的时代境遇下,地方本科院校要深入体知大学组织特性,根据大学职能、发展战略及面临的内外部环境,综合运用管理幅度、组织权变等理论工具,对学院数量控制、主体性学院设置、非主体性学科专业设置等学院制改革的关键问题进行学理分析研究,实现学院制改革从经验向科学的转变。

College system is the common heritage of the world high education,and is the core system in today＇s university organization. After the great-leap-forward development of higher education,Chinese high education has undergone a qualitative change in scale,structure,function,etc. A large number of provincial universities emerged,and made rapid growth. In the background of the structural adjustment and connotation development of high education,the provincial universities should look into their own features. According to institutional function,strategies and their internal and external environment,the universities can use the theoretical tools of ＂management range＂and ＂organizational contingency＂to analyze several problems： quantity control of colleges,establishment of dominating colleges,and classification of subordinate disciplines. In this way,the reform of college system will be transformed from empirically to scientifically.
