摘要 针对目前由普通电机驱动的机械式曲柄压力机由于动力系统上置导致重心高、动态稳定性差、噪声大等不足,创新设计滚珠丝杠驱动的杠杆-肘杆二次增力数控压力机.阐述工作原理,给出简明的输出力计算公式.该压力机在结构上采用对称式布置,动力系统置于工作台下方,由伺服电机驱动.驱动力经肘杆和杠杆两级放大后输出至滑块以满足大吨位的压力加工要求.动力系统下置和新颖的对称式结构设计不仅使压力机具有良好的力学性能和动态稳定性而且体积小.采用伺服电机驱动可以使滑块的工作位移曲线和速度曲线以及冲裁力根据工艺要求,通过调节伺服电机的速度进行设定,从而达到近乎静音冲裁的效果. Aimed at the deficiency existent in synchronous motor-driven mechanical cranked press such as high center of gravity,poor dynamic stability,and loud noise caused by the top-mounted power system,a numerically-controlled press machine with ball screw-driven lever-toggle secondary force amplification is creatively designed,its operational principle is expounded,and a concise formula for calculating force output is given.This press has symmetrical layout of structure and its power system is placed below the workbench and driven by servo-motor.The driving force,after two-stage amplification with lever and toggle,will be transmitted to the slider in order to meet the requirement of large-tonnage press-machining.The under-mounted power system and novel symmetric structure design make this press have not only smaller volume and big force output but also better mechanical performance and dynamic stability.The press driven by servo-motor can make the displacement curve,velocity curve,and punching force of the slider be settled by adjusting the speed of the servo-motor according to process requirements,and can achieve the effect of almost mute punching.
