摘要
随着酵母发酵工业的日益发展,酵母产品在养殖业、食品配料和生物制药等方面逐渐作为重要的原料使用,酵母已成为世界上研究极其广泛的微生物之一。文章综述了酵母的分类、营养成分及其产品在家禽生产上的应用研究现状。
With the increasing of yeast fermentation industry,yeast products were used as important raw materials in breeding,food ingredients and biological pharmacy. Yeast had been one of the most widely studied microorganisms in the world. This paper summarized the concept,the nutrition components and the application of the yeast in the production of livestock and poultry.
