人工培育条件下鲟鱼性腺发育积温的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过自然水温培育和控温培育相结合的方法,初步研究了山区鲟鱼性腺发育成熟所需的累计温度。研究结果表明:2012—2014年自然水温均呈先升高后降低的趋势,其中1月份水温达到最低值,8月份达到最高值。山区鲟鱼性腺发育成熟所需积温为(5 378.10±438.58)℃·d,其中自然水温培育所需积温为(4 795.10±559.19)℃·d,控温培育所需积温为(583±238.84)℃·d。 A preliminary study on cumulative temperature required to sexual mature by Sturgeon through the cumulative temperature statistics of the fish by combining common raising at natural temperature and artificial raising at constant temperature. The results showed that natural temperature of from2012 to 2014 were first increased and then decreased subsequently. Water temperature reached the lowest in January,at the peak in August. Cumulative temperature required by sexual mature of Sturgeon was total about( 5 378. 10 ± 438. 58) ℃·d. And cumulative temperature of common raising period at natural temperature was( 4 795. 10 ± 559. 19) ℃·d,that of artificial raising period at constant temperature was( 583 ± 238. 84) ℃·d.
