On Barriers to Developing Rural Land Finance in China and Countermeasures

针对发展土地金融提高农民财产性收入的问题,从农民和金融机构的角度分析了农村土地金融发展面临的主要障碍,提出了消除或降低障碍的政策建议。

To develop land finance aims to help improve farmers＇ property income. This paper analyzed major barriers to developing rural land finance in China from the angles of farmers and financing organizations concerned, and proposed policy suggestions on how to clear or lower these barriers.
