南通智慧城市建设路径研究

On Ways of Building a Smart City of Nantong

智慧城市是新一轮信息技术变革的产物,是未来城市的发展方向。对智慧城市内涵特征进行了简要分析,然后从智慧交通体系、智慧公共服务平台、智慧政务等方面对南通智慧城市建设现状进行了思考,对南通智慧城市建设中存在的信息基础设施建设有待完善等问题进行了剖析,最后从加大以公共服务为导向的智慧应用建设力度、提升公众信息素养等角度探讨了南通智慧城市建设发展路径,为南通智慧城市建设提供借鉴和参考。

A smart city is the product of a new round of information technology revolution,which represents the direction for city development in the future. With connotations and features of a smart city introduced,this paper analyzed the status quo of Smart City construction of Nantong in terms of its traffic and transport system, public service platform and government service. Problems such as incomplete information infrastructure were pointed out,and ways of building a Smart City of Nantong were explored from the perspective of strengthening a public-service-oriented digital technology application and enhancing information literacy of the public. The research provided references for the construction of a Smart City of Nantong.
