南通海洋产业经济可持续发展能力研究

An Empirical Study on Sustainable Development of Marine Industry of Nantong

建立三层评价指标体系,采用回归分析法对南通海洋产业经济可持续发展能力进行实证研究。研究表明,制约南通海洋经济可持续发展的因素主要有海洋科技含量偏低、产业结构不平衡、海洋环境污染严重等。建议通过优化产业结构、加强海洋环境保护工作、提高海洋科技含量等措施促进南通海洋经济的可持续发展。

An empirical study was conducted on the sustainable development of marine industry of Nantong through constructing a three-level evaluation index system and by means of regression analysis. The results indicated that,factors that restricted a sustainable development of marine economy of Nantong are a low level of science and technology content of marine industries, imbalanced industrial structure and serious pollution of the marine environment. Suggestions proposed to promote the sustainable development of marine econoray of Nantong are as follows： to optimize the industrial structure,to strengthen the protection of marine environment and to improve the technological content of marine industries.
