摘要
探讨了加工速度、D/Y比、卷绕超喂(OF3)、卷绕时间、网络压空、摩擦盘材质及组合、DTY油剂以及其他工艺参数对83dtex/72F细旦涤纶长丝生产工艺的影响。测试了83dtex/72F涤纶长丝的物理、外观、染色等性能指标。
The influences of YS,D/Y,OF3,winding time,network pressure air,friction plate material and combination,DTY oil and other technological parameters on the production technology of the 83dtex/72 Fpolyester filaments were detailed.The physical,appearance and dyeing performance indexes of the 83dtex/72 Fpolyester filaments were tested.
