Jack椎体扩张器后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨Jack椎体扩张器后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCFs)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2012年1月至2014年12月期间采用Jack椎体扩张器后凸成形术治疗的31例OVCFs患者的临床资料,统计患者的手术时间、住院时间、骨水泥注入量、 VAS评分(术前、术后、末次随访)、椎体前缘高度(术前、术后、末次随访)、椎体中部高度(术前、术后、末次随访),以及并发症的发生率。结果31例患者均获得随访,平均随访(17.3±8.7)月(6~30月),平均手术时间为(61.4±8.9) min,住院时间为(7.1±2.3)天,骨水泥注入量(5.4±0.6) mL。31例患者中有2例发生骨水泥渗漏,并发症发生率为6.45%。术后及末次随访的VAS评分、椎体前缘高度、椎体中部高度均显著高于术前(P<0.05),术后和末次随访以上指标相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论 Jack椎体扩张器后凸成形术能有效缓解OVCFs患者疼痛,并能恢复骨折椎体高度矫正畸形。 Objective To analyze and investigate the efficacy of Jack vertebral dilator kyphoplasy in treating osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs). Methods Clinical data of 31 cases of OVCFs patients treated with Jack vertebral dilator kyphoplasy in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The operation time, hospitalization time, injected volume of bone cement, VAS score (preoperative, postoperative and final follow-up), anterior vertebral body height (preoperative, postoperative and final follow-up), middle vertebral body height (preoperative, postoperative and final follow-up), and incidence of complications of all patients were recorded. Results 31 patients were followed up for (17.3 ± 8.7) months (6~30 months), the average operation time of patients was (61.4 ± 8.9) min, the hospitalization time was (7.1 ± 2.3) d, the injected volume of bone cement was (5.4 ± 0.6) mL. Among 31 patients, 2 cases occurred bone cement leakage, the incidence of complications was 6.45%. The VAS score, anterior vertebral body height and middle vertebral body height after operation and at final follow-up visit were significantly higher than those before operation, with statistical difference (P〈0.05), the above indices after operation and at final follow-up visit had no statistical difference (P〉0.05). Conclusions Jack vertebral dilator kyphoplasty in treating OVCFs can effectively relieve the pain of patients, restore body height and correct vertebral misalignment.
