健康教育路径在前交叉韧带重建术患者中的应用

Application of Health Education Pathway in Patients with Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

目的探讨健康教育路径在前交叉韧带重建术患者中应用的效果。方法将40例前交叉韧带重建术患者随机分为两组各20例。对照组采用传统健康教育方法,观察组在此基础上进行健康教育路径护理。比较两组的健康教育知晓率、护理满意度、治疗依从性。结果观察组健康教育知晓率、护理满意度、治疗依从性均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用健康教育路径能有效提高前交叉韧带重建术患者的健康教育知晓率、护理满意度和治疗依从性,达到满意的护理效果。

Objective To explore the effect of health education pathway in application of patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods 40 cases of patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were randomly divided into two groups, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received traditional methods of health education, the observation group received health education pathway on this basis. The awareness rate of health education, nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance were compared. Results The awareness rate of health education, nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of observation group were better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of health education pathway in patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction can effectively improve the awareness rate of health education, nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance with satisfying nursing effect.
