优质护理在新生儿先天性十二指肠闭锁术后并发症中的应用

The Application of High Quality Nursing in Complications After Neonatal Congenital Duodenal Atresia Surgery

目的探讨新生儿先天性十二指肠闭锁术后并发症实施优质护理的应用价值。方法选择我院2011年5月至2015年4月收治的62例先天性十二指肠闭锁术后并发症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施优质护理。记录两组干预后并发症恢复情况以及护理满意度情况。结果观察组干预后并发症痊愈率为64.52%,无患者恶化;对照组并发症痊愈率为35.48%,恶化率为19.35%;两组患者并发症痊愈率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后总满意率为93.55%,显著高于对照组的67.74%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿先天性十二指肠闭锁术后并发症患儿实施优质护理,能促使并发症恢复,减轻患儿痛苦,利于远期预后,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application value of high quality nursing in complications after neonatal congenital duodenal atresia surgery. Methods 62 cases of newborns with complications after implementing congenital duodenal atresia surgery in our hospital from May 2011 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given high quality nursing on this basis. The recovery of complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups were recorded. Results The cure rate of complications of observation group after intervention was 64.52%, without deterioration;the cure rate of complications of control group was 35.48%, and the deterioration rate was 19.35%; the cure rate of two groups had statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. The total nursing satisfaction rate of observation group after intervention was 93.55%, significantly higher than 67.74%of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions For newborns with complications after implementing congenital duodenal atresia surgery, high quality nursing can promote the recovery of complications, alleviate the pain of children, which is conducive to long-term prognosis and worthy of promotion.
