环境因素与基因交互作用和非综合征性唇腭裂关系研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 非综合征性唇腭裂(nonsyndromic cleft of lip with or without palate,NSCL/P)是一种病因十分复杂的先天性缺陷。尽管对于综合征性唇腭裂的病因已经有明显的进展,但是对于更加常见的NSCL/P病因的研究仍然十分匮乏。目前已经明确了许多基因和环境因素对NSCL/P有影响,并且还有一些报道基因和环境因素的交互作用对NSCL/P发生的影响,但是对于NSCL/P的病因,仍然有很大的争议。本文主要对基因和环境的交互作用对NSCL/P的影响进行综述。
