摘要
学分银行是建立在学分制基础上,以学习者为中心,以学分的认证、累积、转换为主要内容的学习成果管理与服务体系。受众多因素影响,学分银行定位不同、属地不同、建设资金来源不同,其建设模式也不同,具有单一型、复合型、混合型、多元化建设模式,具体来讲具有政府主导型、学校主持型、政府引导型、市场运作型、企业参与型和协同创新型几种建设模式。广东学分银行是终身教育学分银行,是以服务学习型社会建设、搭建终身学习"立交桥"为宗旨,以继续教育领域为重点,面向广东全体社会成员的学习成果管理机构和服务体系。广东学分银行建设不能采用单一模式建设,而应该采用协同创新型建设模式,由政府部门主导,高等学校承办,行业企业参与,引入市场机制运营。
The credit bank is a learner-centered system based on the credit system and it provides credit accreditation; accumulation and transfer services. The credit bank construction is affected by direction, location and fimding difference accounts. Its models include mono-style, mixed-style, combination style, and multi-style. More specifically, they can be divided into the models of government sponsored, university-run, government guided,market orientated, and businesses in co-innovation processed. The credit bank in Guangdong based on the construction of service- learning society is a life-long education credit bank, aiming to build up lifelong leaming purposes for the continuing education. The construction of credit bank in Guangdong should employ coordinating model led by the government and coordinated by universities, ~ettine business involved.
