摘要
从生态学视角研究远程教育有其独特性。本研究基于生态学的相关理论,对远程教育生态系统中各生态主体内部以及相互之间的生态关系进行了深入分析,提出了各生态主体的生存和发展策略。文章指出竞争与协作是生态主体间关系的主旋律,生态主体间的竞争主要表现为生态位的拓展。生态主体需根据生态环境适时选择r、K对策;通过同化或异化策略实现生态主体的协同进化;对于生态主体的选择则应采取多样性与主导性相结合的原则。
Using principles of ecological niche, the author studies ecological relationships between distance education ecosystems in terms of combination principles of diversity and dominance, and principles of r and K. The interaction in ecological population and among population is also discussed. This study throws light on self- development and continual development of educational administration, online education universities and colleges, and online learning centers.
