摘要
构建和设计基于Moodle的法学专业课程网络教学平台,能够使学生在合作中实现自主学习。基于Moodle平台的法学专业课程改革,首先要建设基于Moodle的强大的课程资源,资源建设不是一个静态存在,它是一个动态的过程。资源建设必须具有引导学生探究式学习的功能和评价功能。其次要建设互动性网络教学平台,在开发《合同法》网络课程教学平台时,Moodle平台里的在线测试、课程讨论区和聊天室、问卷调查等模块得到充分运用。第三,建设高效的学习过程监控机制和学习效果评价机制是关系网络课程改革成功的关键。
The construction and design of the online law courses based on Moodle enables students to self-teach through mutual cooperation. The reform of the online law courses is as follows: Firstly, a massive course resourcebased on Moodle,which is not a static existence but a dynamical procedure,should be set up. It should feature the function of guiding students through inquiryleaming and evaluation. Secondly, in developing the online contract law course teaching system, online tests, discussion zones, chatting rooms, and questionnaires are to bedeveloped. Finally, the construction of the monitor system of the learning procedure and'the learning effect evaluation system is key to the online course reform.
