摘要
文章以南京A型地铁车辆转向架为例,介绍了转向架称重调簧工艺及影响转向架重量分配的主要因素;通过建立转向架静力学模型,对转向架加垫进行理论计算,得出转向架重量分配与加垫量的关系,对所采用的加垫方法进行了验证;分析了转向架及车体的轮重差及轴重差计算方法,并论述了两种称重试验的相互关系。
Taking the bogie of Nanjing type A metro vehicle as an example,this paper presents the load test and spring adjustment technology of bogie and the main factors that influencing the weight distribution of bogie.Theoretical calculation during the bogie shim-adding is took out,and the relationship between the bogie weight distribution and shim-adding is got,through the establishment of bogie static model. It analyzes the calculation methods of wheel load difference and axle load difference for bogie and train,and discusses the relationship between the two kinds of weighing test.
