摘要
针对城轨车辆用不锈钢铸造悬挂座的表面腐蚀现象进行了试验,并根据试验结果分析了出现表面腐蚀的原因。通过不锈钢铸造悬挂座的宏观形貌观察、显微组织观察、盐雾试验的分析表明:不锈钢铸件表面腐蚀的主要原因是铸造悬挂座存在表面缺陷,而采用达克罗表面处理完全可以解决表面锈蚀问题。
The surface corrosion of stainless steel cast hanging seat for urban rail vehicles is investigated by experiments. The reasons of surface corrosion are found according to the experiment results. Through macro morphology observation,microstructure observation and salt spray test,the analysis shows that the main reason of surface corrosion is surface defect of cast hanging seats,and surface corrosion can be totally solved by dacromet treatment technology.
