从试验项点、试验方法和判断准则等方面对比分析了国内外机车车辆橡胶弹性元件的主要标准,并根据我国轨道机车车辆情况和运用特点,以满足机车车辆的运行性能和安全需要为目的,指出国内机车车辆橡胶弹性元件标准应具有的原则,提出了修订建议。

The main standards of rubber elastic element for rolling stock are compared and analyzed,from the aspects of test items,test methods and criteria rules. According to the domestic rolling stock service condition,some rules of the standard for rolling stock rubber elastic element and updating proposals are given,which will ensure the running characteristic and safety of domestic rolling stock.
