近年来，高职院校生源危机成为不争事实，导致生源危机的原因有人口政策的影响、高校扩招、同类院校间不当竞争、弃考生的增加等原因，针对危机现状，高职院校应通过提高办学质量、了解企业需求、加强课程改革、创新招生宣传等方式化危为机。

According to the present situation of the crisis, the higher vocational colleges should transfer the crisis into opportunity by improving the quality of running a school, understanding the business needs, strengthening the reform of the curriculum and innovating enrollment propaganda.
