学生线路工考试存在的问题和应对策略

On Problems and Coping Strategies in Students＇ Line Worker Test

本文结合土木工程系铁道工程技术、城市轨道交通工程技术专业学生在线路工中级考试工作中的实践，分析了学生在线路工中级考试工作中存在的一些突出问题，并针对存在的问题，给出了解决问题的方法和应对策略。实践证明这些方法和策略在实际工作中切实有效，对于提高学生线路工考试通过率具有积极作用。

Combined with students work practice in intermediate line examination in Railway Engineering and Urban Rail Transit Engineering Technology in Civil Engineering Department, some outstanding problems that students faced are analyzed in this paper. According tO the problems, methods and coping strategies are proposed. The results show that these methods and strategies are practical and effective, and they have positive effect on improving the students＇ line test passing rate.
