中医目诊的研究现状与思路探析

Current Status and Thought of TCM Eye Diagnosis

目诊是通过观察眼睛各部位的神、色、形、态变化来诊断疾病的一种方法 ,是中医学的重要组成部分,但是目前中医目诊的临床效能尚未得到充分发挥。从文献研究、理论研究、临床研究三个方面分析了中医目诊的研究现状,并阐述了目前中医目诊研究中所存在的问题,并就此对中医目诊的进一步研究提出思路,以期为中医目诊进一步研究提供参考。

TCM eye diagnosis is a method to diagnose disease by observing the spirit, color and morphological changes of eye, it is an important part of Chinese medicine inspection. However, the current clinical efficacy of TCM eye diagnosis is far from its full potential. This paper analyzes the research status of TCM eye diagnosis from literature study, theoretical research and clinical study, and describes the current problems of TCM eye diagnosis, and proposes research ideas for further study of the TCM eye diagnosis to provide the reference for the future study of eye diagnosis.
