Evaluation Results of Nation-wide Japonica Rice Varieties with Better Palatability in Thirteenth Japonica Rice Development Forum in 2015

摘要 30位国内外知名稻米食味品评专家及水稻育种专家,对来自我国粳稻产区的25个粳稻品种进行品评。对参评样品进行现场随机编号,品评专家现场评分,品评结束后当场解密编号,公布品评结果。评选出特等奖8个、一等奖11个、二等奖4个、三等奖1个、优秀奖1个。品评结果得到专家及参评单位的一致认可。从品评结果及后续发展来看,水稻食味品评作用巨大;我国水稻食味研究遍地开花,后续优良食味粳稻品种层出不穷;水稻食味研究将迈入新阶段。 30 rice experts from at home and abroad were invited to evaluate 25 japonica rice samples which selected from nation-wide varieties in the tasting activity. In this activity, double passwords were used, the tasting results were announced and decrypted on the spot to ensure the transparency, authority and the objectivity of the result.8 outstanding award, 11 first prizes, 4second prizes, 1 third prizse and 1 recognition award were appraised and elected in the activity, the results gained unanimous recognition from experts and participating unit. This shows that the taste value has been an important effect from the result of sensory evaluation and its further development; the Nation-wide Japonica rice varieties emerging in an endless stream and this shows that the study of taste value on rice will enter a new phase of development.
