关于本科院校酒店管理专业人才培养的问题研究

Study on Talents Cultivation Model in the Hotel Management of Colleges

随着国际酒店集团对我国酒店业的不断进驻投资及参与管理,酒店行业在国内日益发展壮大,对该行业的人才需求也不断增加,高级酒店管理人才已成为国内职场上的热门高薪职业,酒店管理专业也随之从中职中专专业和高职高专专业晋升为普通高等学校本科目录内专业。酒店管理作为一门新增的本科专业,在人才培养过程中还存在许多问题,如"双师型"师资队伍建设问题、专业定位问题、实习实践教学问题等。本文就本科院校酒店管理专业在人才培养过程中存在的问题进行了研究。

As the investment and management by participation of the International Hotel Group has been introduced into Chinese hotel industry, which has developed increasingly in domestic and is proportional to the talent demand, as well as the senior hotel management talents has become a heated weB-paid occupation and hotel management has been upgraded to a registered major of the regular colleges shrink from the primary and secondary vocational schools. The emerging industry has many problems such as the construction of ＂Double-Quality Teachers＂, Professional Orientation and teaching on internship. The model of talents cultivation in the hotel management of colleges is mainly probed in this paper.
