"审判中心主义"诉讼制度的确立,必然会对侦查工作产生重大且深远的影响。公安侦查部门必须适应"以审判为中心"的诉讼新常态的挑战,转变观念,理解、接受、掌握"审判中心主义"思想,摈弃侦破工作中存在的旧习,积极适应"审判中心主义"的各种设计,并在其指导下努力实现侦查能力的实质性提升,最终确立以"打赢诉讼"为目标的全新侦查价值。同时,通过法院、法官对审判权的行使塑造侦查品质,构建侦查文明。
