摘要
半潜船是专门从事超大型设备运输的特种海运船舶。为保障艏楼上层建筑总段施工效率,必须在建造过程中,打破常规的工艺方案,建立新的施工方案。经研究,采用艏楼上层建筑总段整体提拉施工方法。对施工方法中的关键技术,详细分析技术难点,并提出解决方案,运用有限元方法及三维精度测量系统有效解决了关键技术中结构强度、稳性及大合拢口对接精度控制等难题,为类似方法的实施提供了参考。经现场实践证明,新施工工艺对施工质量、安全管理及缩短工期等方面有实效。
The semi-submersibles are specialized ships for transport of large equipment at sea. In order to ensure the construction efficiency of forecastle superstructure block, it is necessary to establish new construction scheme beyond the conventional ones during the construction process. Via studies, the integral lift construction method is adopted for the forecastle superstructure block. Key technologies of this method are discussed with detailed analyses focusing on the technical difficulties, and some solutions are proposed as well. By means of finite element method and 3D accuracy measurement system, many technical difficulties will be effectively solved such as structure strength, stability and erection butt joint accuracy control, which may provide some reference when the similar methods are applied. It is proved by practical application that this new technology is effective in quality improvement, safety management and construction period shortening.
