摘要
在电子产品功耗日益增大而体积要求日益微小化的背景下,企业开展热设计工作将面临巨大的挑战,通过分析国内企业在开展电子产品热设计工作时存在的共性问题,并结合电子产品热设计工作的特点,从热设计技术和管理层面上提出一套系统化的热设计流程方法,为企业开展相关电子产品的热设计工作提供了一个参考。
With the increase of the power consumption of electronic product and the decrease of its volume, enterprises will face great challenge while carrying out thermal design work. By analyzing the common problems domestic enterprises encounter while carrying out thermal design work, and combining with the characteristics of thermal design work of electronic products, a systematic thermal design method is put forward from technical and management aspects, which provides a reference for enterprises to carry out the thermal design work for related electronic products.
