Research and Application of the Operation Performance Management System in Power Plant

随着电厂信息化的发展,传统的小指标考核逐渐向生产全过程的运行绩效管理系统演变。首先介绍了火电厂小指标考核的现状,然后以科远公司实现的运行绩效管理系统为例,详细介绍了火电厂运行绩效管理系统的原理、架构、特点和功能,最后介绍了该系统在电厂实施后的效果,提高了小指标考核效率,促进了节能降耗。

With the development of power plant informationization,the traditional small indicatiors assessment has gradually evolved into the Operation Performance Management System（OPMS）of the whole productive process.This paper introduces the status of small indicatiors assessment of the thermal power plant at first,and then,taking the implementation of Sciyon as an example,discusses the theory,architecture,features and functions of the operation performance management system in detail.Finally it comes to the conclusion that the system applied in the power plant has positive effects,including improving the efficiency of the small indicatiors assessment,promoting energy saving and reducing energy consumption.
