摘要
为研究鸽源大肠杆菌的耐药性及其产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(Extended-Spectrumβ-lactamase,ESBLs)和头孢菌素酶(AmpC betalactamase,AmpC)的基因型,从临床上分离出352株鸽源大肠杆菌,通过药敏试验进行耐药性分析,再采用三维试验从以上结果中筛选出211株产ESBLs、156株产AmpC的大肠杆菌进行基因型分析。结果表明:产ESBLs的菌株共有211株(59.94%),产AmpC的菌株共有156株(44.32%),其中FOX基因型共47株(30.13%),TEM基因型共129株(61.14%),分别为2种酶的主要基因型。鸽源大肠杆菌对β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类、磺胺类和四环素类等抗菌药物均有较强耐药性,表现有多重耐药性。
To investigate the drug resistance and the genotype of ESBL and AmpCβ-lactamases among Escherichia coli isolated from farm pigeons,352 strains of E.coli were isolated from pigeons in the experiment.First,antifungal susceptibility was analyzed through drug resistance,and then 211 strains of E.coli-producing ESBLs and 156 strains of E.coli-producing AmpCβ-lactamases were screened from the above results by three-dimensional experiment and analyzed genotype.It was found that there were 211(59.94%)of the E.coli which produced ESBLs and 156(44.32%)which produced AmpC.The detection rates of FOX and TEM,which were two dominant genotypes,were 47(30.13%)and 129(61.14%)respectively.The results indicates that pigeon E.coli has strong multi-drug resistance(includingβ-lactams,aminoglycosides,sulfonamides and tetracycline).
