探讨消化内镜中心存在的护理隐患与有效护理干预方法

目的探讨消化内镜中心存在的护理隐患与有效护理干预方法。方法选取360例患者,将其分为对照组180例(常规方法护理)和观察组180例(有效护理干预方法),比较护理前后的患者满意度。结果观察组的护理满意度94.4%明显高于实施前71.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化内镜手术配合以有效的护理干预,能够确保患者着力提供救治依从性,术后回访结果良好,痊愈率100.00%。在消化内镜中心进行有效的护理干预可提高患者满意度,提升整个中心的护理质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the digestive endoscopy center of nursing risk and effective nursing intervention methods.Methods Digestive endoscopy center, 360 cases of patients can be divided into the control group, 180 cases （conventional methods of nursing） and observation group 180 cases （effective nursing intervention methods）, compare the difference between before and after the nursing of patients satisfaction.Results Before the implementation of the nursing satisfaction 94.4% of observation group was obviously higher than that of 71.1%, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Digestive endoscopic surgery with an effective nursing intervention to ensure that efforts to provide patient treatment compliance, with good results after the visit, the recovery rate of 100.00%.Effective nursing intervention in the center of the door of digestive endoscopy can improve patient satisfaction, improve the quality of nursing care of the whole center, is worthy of popularization and application.
