摘要
用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重法(TG)和耐温试验,研究了含高氯酸钾(KP)复合推进剂的热分解行为和耐温性.结果表明,在290~450℃,KP复合推进剂先发生KP 吸热晶型转变,黏合剂体系放热分解,质量损失约30%;在450~550℃,KP 完全熔融和分解,推进剂质量损失约84.5%,放热量为2633J/g.KP 复合推进剂在180℃下保温48h后各项性能变化很小,可以用于深层油气井压裂弹.
Thermal decomposition behaviors and temperature resistance of potassium perchlorate(KP)composite propellant were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetry(TG)and temperature resistance test.The results show that the composite propellant occurs the endothermic crystal form transformation of KP,the exothermic decomposition of binder system in the temperature range of 290 to 450℃ and the mass loss of about 30%.In the temperature range of 450 to 550℃,the KP completely melts and decomposes,the mass loss of KP propellant is 84.5% and the exothermic quantity is 2 633J/g.The change in performances of KP composite propellant at constant 180℃for 48 his very small,it can be applied in fracturing charge for deep oil/gas well.
