摘要
校地合作是生源地信用助学贷款风险防控的有效机制,但其存在合作主体职责不明确、缺乏协调,地方办公人员不足、管理工作缺位,高校诚信教育缺失等问题。因此,只有通过建立工作协调机制、实行网络化信息管理、建立高校资助工作激励约束机制,才能确保校地合作工作模式的有效运行。
School- land cooperation is an effective mechanism for risk prevention and control of student-origin-based-loan. Howev?er,there are also some problems as follows:unclear main responsibilities of the cooperation,lack of coordination and local office person?nel,the absence of management,lack of integrity of the university education and other issues. Thus,only through the establishment of coor?dination mechanism,the implementation of the network information management,the establishment of the incentive and restraint mecha?nism of university funding,can it ensure the effective operation of the school-land cooperative work mode.
