摘要
因大中型企业的非伦理行为引发了社会信任危机,伦理型领导成为近年来大家关注的热点。有大量研究对伦理型领导的内涵、前因及结果都做了大量探讨。文章将心理安全感作为结果变量,探讨了传统性和LMX在伦理型领导及心理安全感之间起到的正向调节作用,最后展望了未来的研究方向。
Because the unethical behavior of the large and medium-sized enterprises has caused social trust crisis,ethical leadership becomes the hot spot of attention in recent years. There are a lot of researches on the connotation of ethical leadership which causes a lot of discussion. Taking psychological security as the result variable,this paper discusses the positive adjustment effect of traditionality and LMX between ethical leadership and psychological security,then prospects the future research direction.
