国际旅游胜地建设视域下桂林旅游从业人员英语素养提升的有效途径研究

On Effective Ways to Improve the English Accomplishment of Tourism Practitioners in the Perspective of Guilin International Tourist Resort Construction

通过问卷调查、访谈、实地调研等研究方法,对目前桂林旅游从业人员英语应用水平现状、存在的问题、原因、制约因素及其需求进行归纳和剖析,明确提升旅游从业人员英语素养的客观必然性,提出了提升桂林旅游从业人员英语素养的有效途径。

Through questionnaire,interviews,field survey and other research methods,this paper summarizes and analyzes Guilin tourism practitioners'application level of English,existing problems,reasons,restricting factors and demands. It states a clear objective necessity of their English literacy and puts forward the effective ways to promote their English literacy.
