摘要 电动座椅采用双向电动机、传动装置(蜗杆轴、涡轮、心轴、齿条等)和座椅调节器(螺旋千斤顶或齿轮传动机构)等,通过传动装置和座椅调节器之间的连接,实现对座椅的调节,设计出了电动座椅的调节系统,包括传动和驱动系统的设计计算及相关零件的尺寸。该设计使调节能够更加简单、方便、快捷,并达到了便利性和舒适性的要求。 The electric seat of car uses reversing motor, gearing ( worm shaft, turbine, spindle, rack, etc. ) and the seat reg-ulator ( screw jack or gear transmission mechanism) , etc. , by using the connection between the transmission device and the seat regulator to adjust the seat. The control system for electric chair is designed in this paper, including the transmission and drive system design as well as related calculation, calculating the size of the related parts and drawing out the assembly draw-ing of the adjustment system and many main parts. The new seat regulator makes the seat simple, convenient and faster to ad-just, and it could reach the requirement of convenience and comfort.
