钻机滑车耳板计算分析

摘要 从SAFI中提取力。使用Inventor对滑车耳板做三维建模,将三维模型导入有限元软件ANSYS Workbench,并运用Shape Optimization(Bate)和Parameters两模块对其进行优化设计,减少了耳板13%的质量。基于此方法,提出一种耳板等零件的优化思路。 The 3D model of the pulley otic placode is established in the Inventor, and then it is transferred into the ANSYS Workbench by using the interlinkage. Force is extracted from the SAFI software. Then, the model is optimized in the ANSYS Shape Optimization( Bate) module and the Parameters module. Comparing with the original design, the mass of the optimized structure is reduced 13%. Based on this method, an optimization process of parts such as otic placode is brought up.
