摘要
高压气体放电灯(HID)以其显著的优点越来越多的在汽车和摩托车车灯中使用。以HID灯泡的生产工艺为基础,选用西门子S7-200系列PLC和SMC厂家的电动执行器,完成了HID灯泡生产设备的控制系统设计,具有一定的实际意义。
High-intensity discharge （ HID） is increasingly applied in automobile and motorcycle lamps for its significant ad-vantages. Based on the production process of HID bulb, the article completes the design on control system of HID bulb pro-duction equipment, through using the Siemens S7-200 series PLC and SMC electric actuator. The paper has a certain practi-cal significance.
