摘要
振动是影响海洋平台安全钻井的重要因素。分析了海洋平台振动被动控制的主要形式及其局限性,分析了海洋平台振动主动控制的研究重点,提出了海洋平台振动干预控制方案。该方案由现场测试数据确定共振频率,然后分析出发生共振的震源,然后通过改变动力机械的工作频率来避免共振。
The vibration is a main factor that influences the safety of offshore platform drilling. The main form and limitations of the positive vibration control on offshore platform is analyzed in this paper, and the research focus of the active vibration control is also analyzed. The vibration intervention control plan is proposed afterwards. According to the field test data, the resonance frequency is decided, and the source of resonance is found out. Then, the working frequency of power machinery is changed in order to avoid the resonance.
