摘要
为增加客户对需求产品的满意度,建立面向客户需求的产品类型评价指标体系。运用改进层次分析法(AHP)的定性评价体系指标确定指标权重值,并结合熵权法改进AHP进一步得到更为客观的模型指标权重。然后利用理想模型Topsis算法算出客户最需要的产品类型。最后以某型号包装机上光电传感器的选择类型为例,构建评价指标体系得出客户最亲睐的传感器类型。验证了所提方案的可行性和适用性。为选用产品类型提供一种新方法。
In order to increase the customer satisfaction to the products, the customer demand oriented product type evaluation index system is established in this paper. The improved analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) qualitative evaluation index system is applied to determine the index weight value, and a more objective index weight model is obtain by combining with the im-proved entropy AHP. Then the Topsis algorithm is used to calculate the ideal model of the customers most needed product type. Finally, taking a certain type of packaging machine on the photoelectric sensor selection type for example, the most pop-ular type of sensor for customers is obtained after construction of the evaluation index system. Thus the feasibility and applica-bility of the mentioned scheme are verified, so as to provide a new method for the selection of the products type.
