高镁低品位磷矿柱式反浮选试验研究

Tests on reverse flotation of high magnesium and low grade phosphate rock in packed flotation column

采用充填浮选柱通过单段反浮选流程分选宜昌某白云石质高镁混合磷矿,考察了磨矿时间、药剂用量、捕集区高度等工艺条件对分选指标的影响。结果表明,通过单段柱式反浮选可以获得P2O5品位33.12%、回收率92.8%、MgO质量分数为0.81%的磷精矿。

Single-stage reverse flotation tests in packed flotation column were carried out to separate the dolomitic and high magnesium mixed phosphate rock in Yichang.The effects of grinding time,dosage of flotation reagents,height of capture zone and other parameters on the separation indexes were investigated.The results indicated that the concentrate with grade of P2O5 being 33.12%,MgO content 0.81% and the phosphorus recovery rate over 90% could be produced by single-stage reverse flotation in packed flotation column.
