反渗透预涂膜强化处理废水中硝酸盐氮的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用聚丙烯酸对芳香聚酰胺类反渗透复合膜进行原位表面预涂层改性,并应用于强化提高反渗透膜处理废水中高硝酸盐氮的研究;利用扫描电镜对预涂膜进行了表征;考察了p H值、硝氮浓度、涂层浓度等因素对反渗透预涂膜去除硝酸盐氮的影响;并分析了不同反渗透预涂膜对硝酸盐氮的去除效果。实验结果表明反渗透预涂膜对硝酸盐氮有较明显的强化去除效果,其稳定性能较高。 The pre-coating of aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis(RO) membrane was conducted using polyacrylic acid in order to enhance the removal of nitrate from the wastewater containing high nitrate. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) was characterized for the pre-coating membrane. The influences of p H, nitrate concentration and coating concentration on the removal of nitrate during RO filtration were studied. The removal of nitrate by different pre-coating RO membrane was also discussed. The results showed that the pre-coating RO membrane had obvious enhanced performance and high stability for the treatment of wastewater containing high nitrate.
